Return Policy
We design Hi-Tec products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel our customer service should also deliver the utmost quality and performance to our consumers. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
Return Procedure
Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-521-1698 to explain your reason for return. (You may also email us.) Have your order number ready so we can verify your purchase and issue your return label. After we have issued your Return Authorization number, please pack your item(s) in the original packaging and affix the label. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us; we're happy to help.
Important Notes
Certain items carry their own return policies and these guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
We reserve the right to limit returns.
You must include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Hi-Tec facilities do not accept hand deliveries.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Hi-Tec will not replace the contents of the package.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
